1. Place the knee pads behind the knee with the Velcro end facing the popliteal fossa.
2. Secure the upper part and wrap the elastic band around the knee, fastening it with the Velcro.
3. Ensure a snug fit without restricting movement.
Measure the thigh circumference 4 inches (10 cm) above the center of the knee joint with the leg bent at a 120° angle.
